KETO CINNAMON ROLLS

If you eat low carb or would like to cut back on refined sugars, these keto cinnamon rolls are what you need in your life.

Ingredients

For The Dough


For The Filling

  • 6 tablespoons butter softened

  • 1/2 cup brown swerve

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon


Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 1/2 block cream cheese at room temperature

  • 1/4 cup butter at room temperature

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation

In a large bowl using a wooden spoon spatula, combine carb quick and water until a firm dough forms. Pour dough mixture onto a clean surface floured with a few teaspoons of carb quick and knead for 2-3 minutes.Rest the dough for 5 minutes. Roll out into a rectangle, spread butter over dough, sprinkle with brown swerve and top with cinnamon. Roll up dough lengthwise and cut into 9 equal pieces. transfer to an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish.Bake at 375F preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool at least 5 minutes before frosting.


To make cream cheese frosting: Whisk all the ingredients in a small bowl until lump-free.
