Who is Kate Moir and why is she the Momboss Mentor?

Updated: Oct 17, 2022

Merriam-Webster defines imposter syndrome, in part, as "persistent doubt concerning one's abilities or accomplishments accompanied by the fear of being exposed as a fraud despite evidence of one's ongoing success".

Ever felt that way? Thinking you aren't good enough, smart enough, successful enough?

That is why I became the Momboss Mentor. I realized there are so many moms just like me just wanting more time freedom and more happiness but not sure exactly how.

In 2015, I stumbled into network marketing as a new mom with another one on the way. I was desperate for something just for me. Not as a wife, nor as a mom, but rather as Kate Moir.

2 years later that side gig was a full-time job on top of my full-time job as a mom and a city planner. My breakdown in October 2017 lead to my breakthrough. I quit my job as a city planner and became a full-time entrepreneur.

5 years later, Momboss mentor was formed, a book was written, a podcast was launched and Momboss Mentor was formed. The journey was far from perfect, or seamless, and had a ton of lessons. I hope to share those lessons, tips and tricks, to help mombosses across the globe have more success and fewer breakdowns on their journey to Entrepreneurship.
